Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a workspace, connecting Meta credential APIs, or using the dashboards of ConnectStream Innovation Lab LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the ConnectStream SaaS platform, including official WhatsApp Business API integrations, AI Chatbot Builders, Workflow Automation engines, Shared Team Inboxes, Broadcast Managers, and Developer APIs. "Customer Data" means all text, media files, contact lists, and message payloads transmitted via the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to create a workspace. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility parameters.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and developer API keys. Any action, API call, broadcast campaign, or billing charge initiated under your workspace credentials will be treated as authorized by you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and the Meta Business Messaging Policy. You shall not:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages or spam broadcasts without explicit customer opt-in records.
• Distribute illegal materials, malware, phishing links, or fraudulent offers.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the network integrity of our server nodes.

6. Subscription Plans

ConnectStream charges recurring workspace subscription fees based on chosen tiers. Plans detail features, number of seats, and webhook capacity levels. Subscription billing occurs automatically on a monthly cycle.

7. Billing & Payments

Conversation-based messaging fees are determined by Meta's WhatsApp API schedules and billed directly to your account. Payment failures, invalid cards, or overdue balances will result in immediate scaling tier downgrades and eventual workspace suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the ConnectStream software, dashboards, logo designs, webhooks management layer, and API specifications are owned solely by ConnectStream Innovation Lab LLC. You receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Service.

9. Customer Data

You retain all ownership rights over your Customer Data. By routing data through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, encrypt, and transmit payloads solely as required to provide the communication channels.

10. Privacy

Our data collection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our processing methods outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. and other third-party APIs. We are not responsible for any modifications, price changes, service terminations, or API suspensions enacted by these third-party providers.

12. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain a 99.99% system uptime, we do not warrant that our APIs, webhook ingestion endpoints, or dashboard consoles will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted during server maintenance or cloud provider failures.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConnectStream Innovation Lab LLC be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConnectStream Innovation Lab LLC from any claims, fines, damages, or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms, WhatsApp policies, or customer privacy regulations.

16. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access without notice if we detect a breach of these Terms, high customer spam complaints, compliance violations, or payment failures.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction of our corporate registry, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of our Service after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
